Neighborhood shops with warm atmosphere and delicious hot beverages. Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf had a magical combination. What they didn’t have was a successful digital presence that could increase sales. That’s where we came in. We started by developing an online strategy. Then we tackled the development of a new site complete with a custom Content Management System that employed E-commerce functionality that integrated their existing mail order business. Next, we dealt with CB&TL’s loyalty and stored value card programs. We developed a secure system to allow users to manage their stored value/loyalty cards online and use them in stores. All told, we created a digital identity which captured that special Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf magic online. Voila! CB&TL now enjoys a custom-built Content Management System, integrated ecommerce, a next generation loyaty card, and all backed up by The Ocean Group’s bulletproof monthly service and support.
