What they didn’t have was a successful digital presence that could increase sales. That’s where we came in. We started by developing an online strategy. Then we tackled the development of a new site complete with a custom Content Management System that employed E-commerce functionality that integrated their existing mail order business. Next, we dealt with CB&TL’s loyalty and stored value card programs. We developed a secure system to allow users to manage their stored value/loyalty cards online and use them in stores.
